• Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver all goods without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of your order, unless a specific alternative has been agreed upon.Keep in mind we send it from the island of Mallorca which takes longer than from the mainland.

• Shipping Rates: All costs, including any delivery fees, are clearly displayed at checkout. There are no hidden surcharges.

  • Liability:mrcollecivebags is responsible for any damage or loss of goods until they physically reach you.

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

• Return Timeline: After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back.

• Refunds: We will refund the full amount paid,  within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return.

• Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods

• Condition: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
